$100 Special Offer

Any case where the debt to be recovered is less than $1500, Kavulich and Associates will serve 3 demand notices at a flat rate of $100. All monies collected pursuant to those letters will be kept by the creditor.

If there is no resolution of the debt pursuant to those letters, the creditor will be free to seek judgment through its local small claims court. If creditor chooses, Kavulich and Associates then can execute on that judgment for our standard 20% contingency fee, plus any out of pockets costs and disbursements.
